This statement has been written to all of the customers who wish to commission me to do art for them on any subject that they may request. The prices, terms, and conditions are listed down below.

Terms and Conditions
One half of the total cost of project will need to be retained by the artist to began the project. I will stay in contact with the customer all through the project so that the customer will be able to know that the finished project will be every thing that they were expecting to receive. The remaining balance owed will become due upon delivery of art work. If the customer is not completely satisfied with the work of art he or she will not have to except the art work and will not be responsible for the final payment.
